Refund Policy - the basics
t Chatham Farm Feed & Supplies, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so here’s how we handle refunds and returns:

Unopened Feed Bags:
You may return any unopened and unused feed within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. -
Opened or Used Products:
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened feed bags or used products. -
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund. -
Refund Method:
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method (cash or e-transfer) within 3–5 business days. -
Custom Orders:
Custom or special feed blends are non-refundable once processed.
