The information and products provided by Chatham Farm Feed & Supplies are for general use and livestock purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes from product use and are not responsible for misuse, improper storage, or damage once products leave our facility.

Refund Policy - the basics

t Chatham Farm Feed & Supplies, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so here’s how we handle refunds and returns:

  • Unopened Feed Bags:
    You may return any unopened and unused feed within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  • Opened or Used Products:
    For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened feed bags or used products.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Refund Method:
    Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method (cash or e-transfer) within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom Orders:
    Custom or special feed blends are non-refundable once processed.
