We are located in Blenheim, Ontario, and proudly serve customers in Chatham-Kent, surrounding Ontario communities, and across Canada where shipping is available.

This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, local delivery, shipping timelines, pickup orders, delays, and shipping responsibilities are handled.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders require processing time before pickup, local delivery, or shipping.

Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for order preparation and processing.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We offer local delivery for eligible orders within Blenheim, Chatham-Kent, and selected surrounding Ontario areas.

Local delivery availability depends on:

Because many farm feed and bedding orders are large or heavy, delivery schedules may vary throughout the week.

 

Important Delivery Notice

We require a minimum of 2 business days to prepare and schedule delivery orders.

Please allow at least 2 business days for pickup preparation unless otherwise confirmed by our team.

Customers will be contacted when the order is ready for pickup.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you receive confirmation that your order is prepared and available.

Some products may be eligible for shipping outside our local delivery area.
